Processing Time Since every case is custom-printed with your personal photo, logo, or design, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process and prepare your order before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Time Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location within India. Customers in remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Estimated Total Time From order placement to delivery, most customers receive their case within 4 to 10 business days in total (processing + shipping combined).

Shipping Charges Most orders qualify for free shipping. On select orders, a flat shipping fee of ₹80 may apply. Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Delays While we do our best to meet the estimated timelines above, delays can occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, weather, regional restrictions, or high order volumes (such as during sales or festive seasons). We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if your order is delayed significantly.

Vending Machine Orders Cases printed at our self-service vending kiosks in malls and public locations are generated and dispensed instantly on-site and are not subject to this shipping policy.
